She earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed her residency at Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota. She went on to complete fellowship training in Palliative Medicine at the University of Oklahoma, where she developed a strong foundation in guiding patients through complex healthcare decisions with compassion and clarity.

Board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Dr. Brinlee has since expanded her clinical expertise to encompass total body wellness. She has pursued advanced education in obesity medicine, medical aesthetics, nutrition, and exercise—reflecting her holistic approach to patient care.
